One of the more common services we provide is an informal valuation of your business and/or property. The process is very simple---we need about 15 minutes or so on the phone where we gather basic information including volumes, margins, competition, etc. After that, all we need is a quick review of the previous full year P&L and the most current year-to-date P&L. We can give you fairly accurate opinion on the value and an expected time frame in which to sell your business. This is not intended to be an appraisal which is a much more thorough procedure, but it can give you a quick overview of your situation so you can evaluate your options with your family and advisors. There is no fee for this service. All information is held in strict confidence.
