McCallen & Sons was founded by Dan Fallon in 1988 and named after his paternal great grandfather, Thomas McCallen, a proud Irishman from County Armagh, Northern Ireland. The central focus of the business has been gas station properties. This specialization has evolved into consulting, valuation, buyer brokerage, and expert witness testimony but the core business is still selling gas station businesses and properties. Hundreds of gas station owners have put that experience to work by having McCallen & Sons represent them in selling their business and/or property.
